Luck92 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistan Players

01. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on Luck92 or by using any part of the platform — including browsing games, placing bets, making deposits or requesting withdrawals — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the Luck92 platform.

These Terms and Conditions form the complete agreement between you and Luck92 regarding your use of the platform. They apply to all activities on the site including casino games, slot machines, fish shooting games, sports betting, promotions, deposits and withdrawals.

02. Eligibility

To register and use Luck92, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Luck92 is strictly an adult platform. Players found to be under 18 will have their accounts immediately closed and any funds returned through the original payment method where possible.
• You must be a real individual using the platform for personal entertainment purposes. Corporate accounts, automated accounts and accounts operated on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate personal information during registration. Using false names, fake CNIC numbers or fraudulent documents is grounds for immediate permanent account closure.
• You must not have previously been excluded or banned from the Luck92 platform. Attempting to re-register after a permanent ban is a violation of these terms.

03. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account on Luck92 only. Duplicate accounts — multiple accounts registered by the same person, whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or device identifiers — are not allowed. If duplicate accounts are identified, Luck92 reserves the right to close all but the original account, and any balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your Luck92 login credentials — your username, password and any OTP codes — secure and confidential. You must not share your login details with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Luck92 support immediately through the in-platform chat.

Account Verification

Luck92 requires identity verification before processing withdrawals. This is a one-time process. You will be asked to submit a clear image of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or valid passport, and to confirm that your registered payment method is in the same name as your Luck92 account. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours of submission.

04. Deposits

Luck92 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. The following payment methods are supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer (IBFT), and debit/credit cards. Luck92 does not accept deposits in any other currency or via any payment method not listed in the deposit section of the platform.

Deposits are credited to your real money balance as soon as the payment is confirmed. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically confirm within one to two minutes. Bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the deposit section of your account dashboard.
• All deposited funds must come from an account or wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment comes from a different person's account — are not accepted.
• Luck92 does not charge a platform fee on deposits. Your bank or wallet provider may apply their own outgoing transfer fees.
• Deposited funds are held in your real money balance and are available for play on all Luck92 games immediately after confirmation.

05. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from Luck92 are processed in PKR to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or Pakistani bank accounts. Withdrawals can only be sent to accounts in the same name as the verified Luck92 account. No exceptions are made to this rule.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the account must be fully verified as described in Section 3. Unverified accounts cannot submit withdrawal requests.

• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 2–8 hours of approval.
• Raast withdrawals typically take 2–12 hours after approval.
• Bank transfers (IBFT) take 1–3 business days after approval depending on your bank.
• Luck92 does not charge withdrawal fees at the platform level. Your receiving bank or wallet may apply inbound transfer charges.
• Only real money balance is withdrawable. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.

06. Bonuses and Promotions

Luck92 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and seasonal promotions. Every active promotion is listed with its full terms on the Promotions page.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses on Luck92 carry a wagering requirement, which is the number of times the bonus amount (or in some cases the bonus plus deposit) must be played through before any winnings derived from the bonus become withdrawable. The exact wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion terms. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 10,000 must be wagered before any bonus-linked winnings can be withdrawn.

Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses can only be claimed once per person, household or IP address unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Luck92 reserves the right to cancel a bonus or recalculate winnings if abuse or exploitation of a promotion is detected. This includes using multiple accounts to claim the same offer.
• Players can choose to decline a bonus at any time before wagering requirements are met. Declining a bonus forfeits both the bonus credit and any winnings associated with it, but releases the real money balance for withdrawal.
• Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements — slots may contribute 100%, while some table games may contribute less. Contribution rates are listed in the individual promotion terms.

07. Games and Betting

Luck92 provides access to live casino games, slot machines, fish shooting games and sports betting markets. All games are provided for entertainment purposes. Results are determined by random number generation (RNG) for slots and fish games, and by real-time dealer actions for live casino tables. Sports betting outcomes are determined by the results of the real-world events.

Luck92 does not guarantee any particular outcome in any game. Past performance in any game is not indicative of future results. Wins and losses are a natural part of gaming.

Sports Betting

The Luck92 sports section covers cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series — along with football, esports and other available markets. Odds are set by Luck92 and are subject to change at any time before a bet is placed. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, the odds at the time of placement are locked in.

• Luck92 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where there is evidence of match-fixing, incorrect odds being displayed due to a technical error, or events that are cancelled or suspended.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of placing a bet.
• Bets cannot be cancelled by the player after confirmation except where the platform explicitly allows a cash-out option.

08. Acceptable Use

Luck92 is a personal entertainment platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and possible permanent closure:

• Using any automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform or its games.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through collusion with other players, chip dumping, or any coordinated strategy designed to exploit game mechanics.
• Deliberately exploiting technical glitches or errors in games. Any winnings obtained through a known technical fault are void and will be reclaimed.
• Using someone else's payment account to deposit or receive withdrawals.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the Luck92 platform. All transactions are monitored and unusual patterns are flagged for review.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.

09. Account Suspension and Closure

Luck92 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if there is evidence of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or any other activity that puts the platform or other players at risk.

In cases where an account is closed due to a verified breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, forfeiture of balances including deposited funds may apply in serious cases such as fraud.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily can do so by contacting Luck92 support. Any real money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned via your registered withdrawal method, subject to verification requirements being met.

10. Privacy

The collection, storage and use of your personal information by Luck92 is governed by the Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the handling of your data as described in that policy.

In short: your personal data is used to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity and provide customer support. It is not sold to third parties. It is shared with payment processors (such as JazzCash and Easypaisa) only to the extent needed to complete your transactions.

11. Responsible Gaming

Luck92 takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is designed for entertainment, and we want every player to stay in control of their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly limit on how much you can deposit. Once set, limits can be reduced immediately but increases take 24 hours to take effect.
• Session Reminders: Set time reminders that notify you after a chosen period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Lock yourself out of the Luck92 platform for a chosen period — 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or longer. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Check: Enable regular notifications showing how long you have been playing and how much you have won or lost in the current session.

12. Limitation of Liability

Luck92 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure consistent uptime and reliable performance, Luck92 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical issues. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated to players in advance where possible.

Luck92 is not liable for any losses arising from:

• Interruptions in service due to technical issues, maintenance or external network failures.
• Any loss of data or game progress caused by a technical fault, to the extent that the game RNG results at the time of fault cannot be verified.
• Losses you incur while playing, as gaming outcomes are determined by chance and cannot be predicted or guaranteed.
• Unauthorised access to your account where the access resulted from your failure to keep login credentials secure.

Luck92's total liability to any player in any circumstances is limited to the value of funds held in that player's verified, real money account balance at the time the issue arose.

13. Changes to These Terms

Luck92 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When significant changes are made, registered players will be notified through the platform — either via an in-platform notification or a message to the registered contact details. The updated terms take effect from the date shown at the top of this page.

Continuing to use the Luck92 platform after the updated terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
